Worst HDTV Customer Service?
Big name brands: Samsung, Sony, Panasonic. Who has the worst customer service and why.
Or should I just buy a cheap-o like Vizio because all customer service sucks and all TV’s crap out anyway…
Customer services matter if you have any fault in your product. And the brands like SONY, SAMSUNG, LG, PANASONIC etc provide quality products. So if you handle with care the products are long lasting and will not requir any repair. And about the local cheap brands, they are also cheap in their quality and performance and requir regular repairs. So it is wise to go for quality because Costly cries only once and Cheaper cries again and again.
