Sony Hdtv 1080p 240hz
I need some help regarding display of my Blu-Rays on my Sony 52 inch HDTV LCD.?
When I play my blu-ray movies, I’ve noticed that on brighter scenes and darker scenes there is sort of like a “static” on the background of the scenes? It’s hard for me to describe what it really is. The quality looks great, but those millions of static specs are all over the background of the scene. It happens in any movie I play, and I’ve noticed it’s only when I play blu-rays from my Ps3. Is there a display setting that can fix this? I have a Sony KDL-52Z5100 (1080p, LCD, 240hz w/ Motionflow)
I get this when I play some games… I am unaware if it is how the game was made, or if its a separate problem…
Try this;
-Hook your PS3 directly to your TV with an HDMI cord
-Change the mode your TV… it can be sports, gaming, ect… that might help as well
-Go into settings on your PS3>Display settings>
+RGB full range; make sure it says “full”
+Turn off Y Pb/Cb PR/Cr Super-white
+Make sure Video output settings is set to 1080P resolution
-Go to video settings> make sure all that have all choices between “Bitstream” and Linear PCM are turned to Bitstream…
What movie are you watching… If I have it I will play it and see if i see what your seeing…
Other than that i think either ur ps3 needs cleanin or its jus the movie
